With native armor reps it's time to give some choice to armor tankers. Shields and damage mod are not enough.
I would consider to move PG upgrades to high slot as well.

I think they should stay were they are, and if we want something new to high slot hacking related we should get module that for example speed up time of capturing null cannon, or recall vehicle.. or slows down enemy hacks on structure or terminal.

Codebreakers definitely need to be in Highslots. Their PG needs to be reduced as well, give it more CPU if you wish but there's no reason it cost that much PG.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

I'm suggesting that shield tankers have plenty of modules for the low slots while armor tankers have basically 2 options for the highs.
BTW, i don't use codebreakers since the minlogi lost its bonus.

It had that bonus inbuilt into the suit. The min logi with 4x complex code breakers is the fastest hacker in the game at around 2.7x speed or something like that.

Please no, lvl 5 minja + lvl 5 systems hacking skill + 3 complex codebreakers + 3 complex shield extenders = a fast suit with ~340 shield hp that can hack anything in under 3 seconds.
40 kills with the most basic, cheapest possible dual-wielding standard Bolt Pistol fit...

As a caldari scout I actually would prefer to have them in the high slots, I need the low slots for kinkats, damps, range amplifiers, hard to fit in 2 slots. |

Codebreakers are fine where they are. Move range extenders.

HMGs and Ion Pistols would be able to make use of Heat Sinks as well. That is -+ of the races. Heat buildup isn't only an Amarr thing.
Myofibrils just need a buff something fierce, and a faster reload speed would make them a useful CQC based module.

As for moving codebreakers to high slots I'm undecided. I think there has to be a better argument other than "armor tanks need more high slot modules" to make me support this change.
But they could definately need a CPU/PG buff. Giving up a slot just for better hacks shouldn't be so costly, imo.
