 Wha---wow! I would like the Warbarge pre-match time to return too, but.... Collectively you all just gave all the reasons why NOT to reintroduce the Warbarge.
The casual people-watching loitering (because few players think to use the time for MIC announcements or quick strategy suggestions), the mischief, the pranks, the implied gender- harassment, (the one you didnGÇÖt mention was the implied sexual positioning and assaults )...
IGÇÖm on your side---I liked the atmosphere and the social opportunity that was available in the warbarge.
But I would only want it back if the team knows how to use the time, and USES the opportunity (even a little bit, jeez, players). Or until some tactical component like the map-table can be included to distract pranksters from getting bored.
...Otherwise, the devs should leave warbarge time OUT of the Pub matches.
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...
