Did you file it under "account services?" Personally, I didn't file it at all. GM Scotsman did it for me. Apparently GMs can actually create tickets for you. I randomly got an email about a ticket I had open and I didn't think I had any open, so I went to check and discovered ~~the despicable rebel~~ that the kind sir GM Scotsman had given me my stats without my asking. You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake. GM Scotsman is my hero.
