I went up against a pyrex tank squad.
I jumped around strafing in front of his tank.
Took two blasters shooting at me from two directions around 4 seconds until they finally took me down.

What do you expect. If you are running a scout/ or a biotic modified suit you have a window of maybe 2 seconds where danger is actually existent...then its down to pure luck and pure volume of fire on our part.
Most of the time your prey (yes infantry is prey) gets away with a sliver of armour let over.

An armoured assault is a great deal easier to hit than a biotic scout.

Kin cats don't increase strafe speed.
