These machines have illuded us for quite some time and are still yet to be added.
So my questions are, why have they not been added and how can they be introduced in 1.9?
So far I see no reseason why these have not been introduced yet, currently, most of the assets needed for them are in the database, as I've seen the BSC, AVD and PRO weapons for them, their installations(drone hives, each with a lvl) and even their 3D models and function in the Dust 514: Gathering Forces trailer.
So CCP, can we have them in the 1.9 update? As I see no reason for them not to be added.

I don't see any issues in the trailer regarding no drones in dust 514.
CCP You want this game to get better than release DRONES and I'll be glad to buy more AUR.

What about the speed of light?and let's not forget the speed of dark?? Explain to me how things don't get pass you oh please fix the glitch were my tank falls through the map lost millions of Isk cause of that

They told there will be some tweaks and new instalation on ol' maps.
Maybe the racial towers

I was gonna say something about random drones making people even less likely to go for objectives and instead search for them in the outskirts for easy kills...
But then if they were an equipment item it could be a nice distraction, send the (hopefully balanced, only 1 equip slot) scout round the arse end of the enemy to deply a few weak drones as a distraction for the rest of the squad to come in and plow them from behind...
Could be amusing... I'm guessing bugs and the fact everyone cries about vehicles which these would be closer to than infantry.
Also that trailer, so many vehicles... You sure you want that? I mean I'd love a few epic vehicle battles, but when one team pulls through the infantry's gonna get wooped. |

Erm, 1.9 is feature locked and in final QA testing. Also, CCP Rouge has already said that Dust 514 will not feature PvE
Coding AI is tricky and would require CCP to move a lot of resources to Dust 514. Unless I am mistaken, they are still developing Legion behind closed doors so chances of Dust 514 getting that much development time are unlikely.

The speed of dark??
I don't think there is such a thing... Technically darkness is the absence of light meaning darkness can only be measured when light was present and then wasn't. Thus the speed of "dark", although not being an actual property of anything, would be equal to the speed of light leaving.
