What makes the small rail turret hard to operate is its cursor. It is just only one single dot, and has been like this for years... The single dot isn't bad, but to finish the turret off it needs more to it. another larger ring around it, or perhaps a larger ring with lines going across vertical and horizontal. But as is, it needs to be fixed, and should be a relative easy fix like the sniper rifle. Need examples for creativity?

I'm not keen on the examples, too much clutter me thinks... I'd take the hated alternate sniper circle over the dot we have at the moment though. |

I think a larger version of the laser rifle target would work.

Personally I find thats what makes me so accurate with it.
No stupid unnecessary crap. Just where my round is going to penetrate the skull of a filthy heathen.

This makes it hard to lead the target from a flying prospective, and gauging to where and when you need to slow down when flying towards a target. Small Missile turrets are accurate due to the fact that the cursor there is designed to help on understanding how far you need to lead the shot to remain accurate.

In the case of Railguns that is not an issue. As far as I am aware they are hitscan, No leading required.
