CCP If I buy more Sleeper Data Libraries can we have HAV?

Where as the Minmatar vehicles are just too old, battered and fragile to make the journey. (Not enough duct tape) Caldari and Gallente vehicles are quality, well made, tried and tested. But for reals though I would love Amarr themed maps and vehicles. I have always thought a powerhouse Laser tank or a fast skirmish 'Vagabond' style Minmatar tank would be epic. Yeah I genuinely probably would spend the first 5 mins of each battle offering up the correct venerations and supplications to its machine spirit and to Fabricator General Ascentior and the Omnisiah Shaikar.
