For too long, the gallente have dominated the starmap through sheer numbers and not actual skill, letting their ego swell to the point of mocking us, it is time we made a stand my caldari bretheren, join us and we can retake caldari prime.

1.9 may well bring that if people can fund themselves off the market for the first time and if you can get a decent force rallied by then I foresee fun times.

i'm trying my best, to rally them together, i miss back in the day when we would hit q syncs against prima, ultramarine, and hellstorm, they fought fiercely and joyfully, something sadly that has been missing from fw for a long time now its one team is filled with scrubs and the other full of tryhards , i miss it being tryhards vs, tryhards

My Gallente alt gets 4 wins and 1 loss in GFW. So does this Caldari main in CFW. Both when in an organized squad, not q-sync.
Matchmaking is a bust. Usually, organized squads encounter n00b resistances, and only occasionally get the good fight. Pretty evident from the leaderboards in the Warbage - that's sad.
Give the Magsex some love.

Currently we aren't Dust side....we normally suffer in EU and AUS time zones
If you mean EVE side.... I would suggest that is simply because the Minmatar made a very strong campaign that fortunately for them coincided with the Gallentean clean sweep of the Warzone, thus Amarr O-plexing efforts suffered as we had to deal with Gallentean LP farmers (I spend hours unsuccessfully taking their plexes and chasing throughout the bleaklands) which extended the T3-4 of the Matari out another month.
At this point I would suggest Amarr are hitting their stride again with their LP value hitting some pretty high ISK values.
Moreover we recently won the Sleeper Data Collection event 960K to the MInmatar 880K, Caldari 767K, and the slightly embarrassing 435K for the Gallente Federation meaning that in the next update the Amarr are going to be introducing a line of T3 Destroyers first.
As I am aware since the Amarr won and PIE Inc was the greatest donation for the Amarr strong brave Ascentior has been name Fabricator General and will be receiving summat special...... I'm hoping for and Imperial T3 Destroyer.
I for one know I'll be skilling into those.....
But I digress. Amarr groups have had some recent successes and I will not deny large numbers of allied plexers including the Minmatar militia's own Amarr FW plexing alts are helping do this.

Or maybe it's because there is no significant MinFW public channel. Or any that I've heard of. And the Min Q-syncers are leprechauns.

Me and the rest of Lucent Echelon were waiting for fights tonight but they were a bunch of Redline matches and eventually we couldn't find a match to join.
I expected better.
On the bright side, as long as you guys actually try you can get 50% 50% similar to what happened to Amarr and Minmatar.
Be glad that CCP loves you guys so much to hold your hand so much.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

Maybe at some point in the future we can have some kind of red vs blue event, Caldari+Amarr vs Gallente+minmatar
Get opposing sqd leaders in a chat together to sync. Sync into the same battle, maybe run gear restrictions, have isk prizes and bounties. Like a little fw community event once every couple weeks. Thought for the future

Essentially the idea is that dust FW post 1.9 will be more lucrative, a fw corp would be self sustaining on both eve and dust.
So ideally we need sqd leaders who fight smart, achieve victory with a high isk efficiency, can tailor squad tactics to take advantage of individual playstyles and fittings. Also to be able to manage battles against a superior force, employing stalling/insurgent tactic,s keeping the enemy at that district as long as possible, doing as much isk/morale dmg as possible.
The other aspect of being sqd leaders in FW is FAC or Foward Artillery Control, in all matches accurate and expedient strikes can be a winning edge.
Sqd leaders should be familiar with the three different strikes as we have some various loadouts, one of which is a ship that can fire all three strike types
Being accomadating and accepting of newer players is of utmost importance, today's recruit is tomorrows veteran

In 1.9 there will be isk to be made from salvage, so my main focus is making our troops battle hardened, so they can sell back every bit of that inferior tech
