Aurum items should pay out aurum. If not we should be allowed to transfer items, between characters on the same account.

Someone could buy an item pack that contains hundreds of items, then turn around and sell it to get a better deal than if they were to just buy aurum.

No.
It wouldn't be refunded at full market value, so I doubt that this would be viable.
However, allowing AUR gear to be refunded as ISK would be even more broken because someone could simply keep purchasing AUR gear and convert that into ISK.

I do think aurum gear should be sold for aurum, just like you point out - it will probably be in the region of what...50% or so? So it won't be broken but yes I do think aurum gear should sell for aurum.

BPO's should be converted to 100% of their AUR value. This is mainly usefull for vets who got for example 2 toxin SMG's or some other stuff from the old merc packs.
Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!

For this only reason I think AUR should be turned in less AUR, not ISK.

This is a very nice strategy from CCP
Aurum items sold to the market= more ISK
But you need real life money to buy Aurumn
Many players low on ISK can buy a 20 dollar pack containing hundreds and thousands of ISK (maybe even millions)
CCP is going to be earning more money!

Long story short, I believe BPO's should be transferable between character's on the same account, and aurum items should be sold for ISK. Everyone wins. Some old vets stocked up on bpo's with the player market in mind. Because that didn't happen, now we're just trying to do damage control.
