I don't know what the stance on quafe bpo weapons are or gold bpo weapons assuming you guys release a gold commando suite (isk forged), but I was thinking after your done with the bpos you could put disposable quafe/isk forged suits and weapons on market under a black market Tab with a price to fit the games needs e.g. aur/isk and if you don't plan on dropping bpo weapons to match the armor you could put disposable versions in this market.
As you guys ad skins you could continue to add disposable versions to the black market a few weeks after release. This would allow players that have bpos to try other suits and weapon combos.
Another thought I had was that you could even add higher level disposable versions; or if possible a quafe/isk forged ect. one time use paint.

This is a terrible post.
But it's not a terrible idea.
May I suggest ordering it so it's more immediately clear what you are suggesting?
Other than that what I'm getting is that you would like to see expendable vanity suits that cost ISK or Aurum for an alternative to purchasing BPOS. As well as having vanity skins at all tiers. |

No. That would be a slap in the face of the people that actually bought the BPOs because of how they look, and devalue BPOs in the future by A LOT.
Part of buying a BPO is getting access to different vanity options that aren't available to most people. It a large part of why most people get them. I know I wouldn't have gotten my second Quafe suit if I didn't like how it looked...
It makes them special. Imagine them like jewelry. Jewelry is only valued because of its beauty and rarity. If the rarirty is gone, jewelry suddenly becomes cheap, and the people that spend a lot on their jewlry early on feel like theirs has dropped in value, and that is a crap feeling. You don't want to make the people that actually spend money on a game feel bad about it. That's bad business.
BPO sales would plummet if this happened, so it probably won't happen anyway though. I'm not worried.

I have them lol and they would remain "special" because the players wishing to use them after launch without the bpo would have to pay out of pocket. This would allow us to mix and match weapons with our suits and allow the models to remain profitable after the original launch. Everyone has a different outlook though and to a point I agree with you, but the future of the game is much more of a driving factor for me a unique bpo in a game that doesn't have the profit to advance is worthless.
