Nah, it should be Quafe (standard) BPOs of their other light weapons; Gallente - Plasma Cannon, Minmatar - Mass Driver, Caldari - Sniper Rifle (or Swarm Launcher), Amarr - Laser Rifle.

1500isk per gun is not a significant cost. You could buy 133 from the payout for one 10 minute match. The primary benefits are psychological. It feels a lot better to say I lost nothing instead of saying I lost 1500 isk.
The isk/dollar is actually a lot better for fitted suits or on-sale AUR weapons, unless you actually blow through many thousands of BPO fit un-revived deaths. When you save up ISK/LP, the only thing left to do is blow it on prototype gear (which is rewarding).

That result was positively.
1.It is raised the force(not being worn out)
2.Standard fit which is hard to become the menace of proto and enhance
3.It is easy to go to and fight the front
So,I want to take back a claim
Standard weapon BPO is necessary .(Particularly newbie)
It is powerful tools that fight in front to newbie.
