Some simple suggestions to make biotic more viable.
1 fix hit detection issues with melee.
2 add second effect to green Gatorade. Fall damage reduction.
What happened to the repair tool glow?
Why won't CCP answer?

theyre inherently flawed by being in the wrong module level.
they need to be in highslots. damage mods need to go low.
additionally. kincats either need to affect movement speed** or have lower pg requirements. (not much, just a smidge 3-4 maybe)
**if not, there needs to be a third biotic mod that raises movement speed**
also a 4th biotic mod that does a mix of them all. not 100-110 stamina like a proto card, but maybe 40-50, not 12-12.6 sprint speed, maybe 4-5% and same for movement speed. less effective in stats but more broad in its application.
the kin cat is the microwarpdrive of dust, we need the afterburner in the form of movement speed as i said above, and then the cardiac regulator for stamina is essentially the cap booster.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

are we talking about modules or passive skills?
I think passive skills could use a bit of an upgrade. They're ok where they stand now, but I would love to see new skills (e.g. sp sinks) like climbing (climb ladders x% faster)
controlled landing (take x% less damage when falling)
etc.
