Auris Lionesse Kang Lo Directorate Gallente Federation 1015	Posted - 2014.10.16 22:57:00 - [10] - Quote the problem is theyre the new active scanner because the active scanner was nerfed into oblivion and scouts were overbuffed so you have a built in always on passive active scanner that no other suit can use. where as before i could throw an a45 onto a assault suit and it was useful. scanners need to be unnerfed to a degree or scouts need an efficacy reduction. unless you sacrifice your whole fit you cant pick anything up as a medium suit. Don't vote for iron wolf saber. Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

Always on Passive Scans were a thing before Active Scanners were nerfed. We first noticed it 1.6 or 1.7, but there were so few of us, that it went unnoticed as a whole. Always on Passive Scans were a thing before Active Scanners were nerfed. We first noticed it 1.6 or 1.7, but there were so few of us, that it went unnoticed as a whole. I didn't like them then, I dislike them more now. im aware. but it wasnt as effective as it currently is 1. and 2 it was countered by the active scanners. it wasnt locked into one suit where no one else could do it. despite the problems (i never had any personally) with the old scanners. it was objectively more fair for everyone to use them on each other, than have one group of people completely dominating the aspect with absolutely no counter or way to compete from other suits.
