What skills are required to use?
What meta level is this LAV?

If' you'd like the actual post I can additionally suggest a rebalance of all HAV (as these stats are only based on the current Gallente Armour HAV with its 4200 EHP) , with required skills, and base statistics, etc......
But this one was more to just complain about how Amarrian HAV, or on this case the lack of Khanid Tanks. Gimme and hour or two to post the whole thing.

Not that I encourage new toys at the stage of hotfixes, but rather pointing out:
HAV with more base armour AND more low slots
is way tougher than the sum of those two increases.
(assuming same PG/CPU and even that won't limit too much as the low slots are the ones doubling as PG/CPU reserves thru those mods)
People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

40 kills with the most basic, cheapest possible dual-wielding standard Bolt Pistol fit...

Any Khanid vehicle should be based on an Amarr hull with a dark paint job.

As I understand the buisness relationship Khanid Innovations purchases high grade weapons systems from Caldari Megacorporations for the Royal Khanid Navy.
No reason why they would not continue such a business relationship especially if it meant Khanid Innovations got the rights to supply Armour Vehicles to the entirety of the Empire's armed forces.

Khanid have bonuses to Armour resistance and Missiles......why would you use anything else?
