Where was I when ^^^ this happened ..??.. I must have missed out on this part of the system . Oh , now I understand why they fight against a SP refund ... it's because I already have control over the customizing of my character . Now I understand . What a fracking joke . Delta should come with a SP or infantry SP refund so that a campaign for one is not needed .

Why was it not fixed the last 12 times this thread was made? It kinda takes away from the awesomeness. "Better late than never" feels more appropriate but I wouldn't commend CCP for a "better late than never". I give credit where credit is due and I believe this is more like a failed grade with extra credit being turned in late to finally get a C. I give it a barely passing mark.
