interexting question but i would say the BrSCP because larger clip so more chances to hit the person for 150 damage insted of only 3 chances to hit for 220ish
ps. iirc SCP has like 40 reserve where bolt has 1/2 that

BoP in mid-long range engagements, and SCP in CQC.
The BoP is better at range because of it's high-alpha damage, but worse in CQC because it can be easily jump-strafed if the enemy can predict the intervals between each shot.
SCPs are better in CQC because of it's higher clip and RoF which allows you to miss a shot or two and still get the kill. It performs well at mid-range, but not as well as the BoP.

ScP is crap right now outside of the Breach, so the BP definitely wins it. You just lose too much against armor tanked opponents.
Nova Knives are best sidearm.
