Even though this is way less lethal than many of us would like if you could make people behind the red line ping no matter their current db it would get rid of red line snipers and probably tankers as well because they would become sniper or forger bate.
Tell me what you think If you would like to read more from Blueprint For Murder check out the links below:

This would make it impossible for teams to push from the redline, as I'd know where they are and what they're doing regardless of their db or location.
If you want to deal with redline snipers just grab an LAV and an AFG. Though given how you're unable to locate redline snipers, I doubt that they're actually in the redline like you think they are.

Atiim you always bring so much depth to conversations I hate to trouble you but please do explain. I mean apart from taking away your ability to red line tank.
If you are pushing from the red line everyone sees your vehicles drop and it isn't like a tanker would be looking at his map anyway.
When it comes to the red line snipers it isn't that I can't find them it is that they are not in the play area, not that I know why you would defend it.

What I think Atiim is trying to say is that if a team has lost all their spawns outside of the redline, their enemy being able to see which part of the redline they are spawning in would make redline camping them far too simple.
Imagine it (story time): Your last uplink just went down and a hack is going through on your home point. From your ground spawn it is a short run to said homepoint. So you, and your squad (you're a very organized tactial player afterall) spawn at the ground spawn and start moving as a group. Before you even make it out of the redline the entire enemy team begins firing at you, wiping you out too a man.
You have your squad spawn MCC thinking you can make an end run around this massive group of redline campers. Again though, just as you're about to leave the redline a hail of RR fire, and a few LAV's with gunners, open up on you start cutting you to ribbons.
Since the enemy team knows where you are, regardless of your DB there is no way for you to exit the redline, you have no chance of sneaking out and taking a point to start building team momentum again. Thanks to the see everything in the redline mechanic the enemy is able to easily counter your every attempt at actual play. All you are left with is sitting far back in the redline trying to pop them with sniper rifles, forge guns, and rail tanks.
Fin.
I agree with Atiim, this is a poor idea. Well intentioned, but with some seriously negative repercussions.
Now with more evil.

It sounds positive to me I mean increasing the strategic value of having a drop link in places other than on point or on the rooftops above it.
In my experiences if the match comes to being farmed on the maps where this is possible there is already little chances to escape even when you do it most often has no significance.
