The highest estimated damage for Ishukone Nova Knives on a maxed out Minscout with 3x complex sidearm damage mods and maxed proficiency is about 1700 HP. Only a serious proto bear can have any slim chance of surviving an attack from this.

So let's look at the knives:

200 base boosted to 287.5 from suit and proficiency bonuses. That number gets boosted again to 347.25 due to 3 Complex Sidearm Modifiers.

I believe that's for one hit so a simple equation: (347.25 * 2 = 694.5) brings the damage up further when landing 2 strikes.

Here's where knowing the charge modifier would be helpful.

At x2, we get 1389 damage from a charged Ishukone NK full prof Min Scout with 3 Complex Damage Mods. Which can't be right if you're hitting for 1700.

Another person said x2.5: 1736.25 damage, which matches exactly what you said Maken.

So I beileve it's safe to assume that the charge modifier x2.5 for knives for future reference.
