you need to go to dust main website then choose support and then "submit ticket" and then itll prompt you to log in before you can.
finally select the options which suit the ticket you will be submitting and you can also submit an image up to 3.5mb i think

Yeah, make support ticket from the main site. Sent in one myself a couple days ago for the same reason, got a fast response. You can attach a file up to 5 mb in size but I added a photobucket album link to my ticket since I had 6 or 7 pictures each around 3.5 mb. |
