but I've encountered a problem during my attempts at the sidearm naming event.
The darn thing seizes up a lot after emptying my magazine. Usually, a weapon is supposed to go into the automatic reload animation but for some reason, my IPs would start the charge shot animation. It's annoying.
Does anyone else frequently experience this problem? |

Yeah there are some weird bugs with the Ion Pistol:
-You can charge with 0 ammo. You can see the charge meter go up.
- After consecutive charge shots your second charge shot won't show the meter going up.
- Switching weapons really fast after firing will make you double switch,
But yeah it's a great gun. The range is its only shortcoming. |

What he said. Besides that...I think CCP knows this is a issue.
You know you have at least thought about cow tipping. They know, and they're out to settle the score.

I have had this happen and also it gets confused between the reload and weapon switch animation.

The same bug is going on with hmg and you can make it fire infinite bullets. There is a thread about it somewhere. seems all weapons with a heat/charge bar.

Yes, it happens to me a lot. Ever since I upgraded from operation 4 to 5, I seize at 3 bullets left from 2, as well. It annoys me greatly, but whatever.
Just in it for the proficiency. |
