DUST Search - Sidearm event???

Or maybe I'll stay there for good. Whatever. Not like payouts are enough for me to want to do anything that costs isk when I'm solo.

Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

I won't have my scout suit till next weak so I will give it a go then. It is a shame it looks like it is going to be a scout only thing. It is kinda odd though how few sidearms are being used. Been running around burning out the 143 Carthum Assault ScP's I bought before 1.8 when I thought they were going to remove the weapon. Three complex sidearm damage mods almost make them good again... Sighs So, what are you choosing to enjoy the event with, OP? Nova Knives are best sidearm.

Nova knives primary with either bolt pistol on open maps or breach scrambler on closed maps Takes time to stalk and I have to stalk since my minja has less than 300hp and I die when someone sneezes in my direction LOL The Best Worst game you can't stop playing..... Wisdom is what you gain after you need it.

Anyone who is just going for the sidearm kills, rather than the naming rights, can use more advanced sidearms and use them in complimentary pairs. SMG/MagSec SMG will match the performance of any rifle, and the SMG/Bolt Pistol seems almost op. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

I am running the Advanced suit with a Kin Cat. (I am level 3 Min Assault currently.) I find that if I sprint continuously and only stop to shoot, that I do quite well. Accept for Research Facility Domination where I shoot while strafing past a door, wait to regen, then do it again. Lows: Basic Armor Repair Enhanced Plate Complex Kinetic Catalyzer Highs: Enhanced Shield Extender Complex Sidearm Damage mod Complex Sidearm Damage mod Weapons: Breach SMG Bolt Pistol (I also ran it with Magsec SMG) AV Grenades (I have not managed to us these yet.) No Equipment. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
