So I was reading how you guys would like to make it so biotics get more use, and the first and most important way to do this is to fix the scout so it functions as intended. Another good idea is to make them omni-slot I mean the benefits are not amazing by them self, but if I could stack them to become a lightning fast knifer or a raging hulk people would use them more. I do of course have some ideas to make sure it doesn't get out of hand:
Each made omni-slot and Stacking penalties removed.
Cardiac Regulation - Needs nerfed you can cross the whole map with one slot. The Cardiac Regulators become equalizers when using other stimulants.
Kinetic Catalyzers - Needs a max stamina and regain penalty If you wanted to make a insanely fast hacker or knifer you would be able to but won't really be getting much benifit from them if not matched with Cardiac Regulation.
Myofibril Stimulants - Need a big DB penalty and Max stamina penalty The penalties for myofibril stimulants will allow you to make a raging melee hulk but of course it is easy to see when people are juiced up and since your muscles are working at such a high level they consume that much more oxygen. The db penalty is to insure that they do not edge out Nova knives and also to make sure it isn't a scout only thing like so many things in this game have become.

They're lows because armor tankers should not have tank and maneuverability.

I feel if biotic modules were in some sort of mid slot to augment the character's traits while the highs and lows were for suit upgrades. They would be more viable.
I hate having to affect my tank which is crucial to survival. They should be able to augment the suits ability without affecting the suits combat ability.
