"Rapid Limited Deployment UPLINK" RLDU has a max of 5 spawns before it bursts the spawn time modifier will be like 1/2 of its meta level counterparts.. so lets see..
RLDU (standard) 10 active uplinks* 5 spawns per unit spawn time modifier 20% health 50hp Cooldown 10-30seconds**
RLDU (adv) 10 active uplinks* 5 spawns per unit spawn time modifier 10% health 75hp cooldown 10-30 seconds**
RLDU (pro) 10 active uplinks* 5 spawns per unit spawn time modifier 0% health 100hp cooldown 10-30 seconds**
*max active of 10 due to limited spawns and cooldown allowing them to get used up fully or reaching the upper limit of 10 before they start to pop.
** still unsure on how long the cooldown before another uplink can be placed, i was thinking 20-15-10 std adv pro.
due to its self resupplying nature the fittings will need to be a touch higher then their non self resupplying counterparts, because its only 5 spawns per uplink it may be geared more toward squads and not random blueberrys so maybe have them limited to squad only for spawning?
basically got this idea after breaking stuffs idea of having a massive cache of uplinks and 1 uplink down = 1 spawn.. which is too much micromanagement and stops a logi doing what they should be doing!

This would be useful for roaming squads that move from objective to objective frequently. Current uplinks are better designed for defensive tactics. there would be NO max carried as it would work like active scanner.. drop one, wait for recharge, drop another,, wait, drop another...though because they are limited to 5 spawns they will get used up rather fast.. faster then cooldown in hot situations..
and yes i agree uplinks are more for static area battles.. the RLDU is more an offencive uplink because you dont run out of them but allows you to summon 5 team/squad mates when you get close to an assault point (cap point or w/e)

*basically logi suit runners are rare now due to soo meny people running scout or heavy now since "the event"
