looking to do some work on my PC, need the updated skill tree. Anyone know where I can find one?

The best we've got (besides the actual game) is Protofits, and even then the Accuracy isn't guaranteed. Everything else is outdated. |

I saw that. The last update came right after FF14 so I think they droped development on that site.

I believe www.protofits.com to be up-to-date, and I've not come across any up-to-date alternatives.
While skill description text isn't available at protofits, the impact of each skill is displayed. For instance, select a Caldari Scout, mouse over to the right panel for Statistics, then mouse down to Scan Radius. You'll see the base statistic in addition to skill modifiers.
Shoot scout with yes.

Sorry, I guess. This community is more focused on or preoccupied with Tacos, Anime, and whining about OP stuff to actually get around to making a comprehensive and regularly updated Wiki. |

I've never seen wikia's on video games be 1) user-friendly 2) accurate and 3) up-to-date. It has a lot of reliance on the community and also if there's a major change in the game, many people would have to put huge sweeping changes to the wikia that many people just don't want to do.
Beyond that, there are formatting styles that people might argue over and hence prevent the goal of providing information to those who seek it.
Admittedly, I have no idea how to change some of the buttons or do any formatting nor do I want to learn right now. For now I contributed a small 1 character text change to the beginner guide on there, but from the looks of it there's someone working on doing a whole revision to that page (and even then I'm not sure that's entirely accurate either).

Is it actual vandalism or are you just referring to CCP's previous updates as vandalism? It is all genuine vandalism  Replacing the Updates section with "Dust is dead" and random parts of the dropsuit summaries with "Doesn't matter because CCP killed this game". Nothing excited or funny.
