It was one shot. Still not OP though, Panda shouldn't have shown him his weakspot. Not like there was any indication that Forger was there.
But my question is, why a Caldari Medium Frame? O.o

Back when Dust and CCP dreamt big, there was talk of having a Colosseum mode where entrants could complete for prize money (ISK or possibly AUR or even special BPOs), while people would be able to spectate the battles and use a betting system using ISK to place bets on who the fans/spectators thought was going to win.
I don't have a source at the moment, but I believe it's been mentioned on the forums and/or it was at a Fanfest Keynote (no not that Dust Legion keynote).

O.o When I look back I thought I should have just stayed in that that gate in the city but I wanted to get to MCC I thought I could make it to but was not expecting 3000 damage from some random *****.

Also, they seriously tried to jihad jeep in a PC? If that guy hadn't focused on doing that they might have gotten 2 more clones for their win. But wow, you managed to stir up a hornet's nest with them.
