We're going to need more than luck. Those octopi are dynomite. I mean come on. No bones so they can slip through a gap only marginally larger that the size of an old fashioned key hole, 8 arms all of which can hold and manipulate things (read 8 weapons or tools of mad science), eyes that function far more efficiently than our own...terrifying.
