Been gone awhile and got sp to spend... wanted to get some opinions on the scout suits 
What's your favorite setup?
A real sniper doesn't provide battlefield intelligence, a real sniper leaves no intelligence left on the battlefield.

Fit a CR and cloak. Solo entire teams while moonwalking and doing a sudoku puzzle.

slow.... least fun
but if you want to go scout hunting in pubs it works quite well
although in pubs you really only need a gallente with one cPE and Range and you should be good enough |

If you put a bunch of bottles, it can run fast and forever. Great opening suit.
If you put two damps and a proto cloak, nobody outside a proto focused scanner on a Gal Logi will scan you. Add two precision enhancers and you'll find all but the double dampened scouts, and the suit works well to stalk other scouts.
However, the Gal and Cal scout are both better slayers, IMO. |

Best scan suit in the game and good for running to the city. If you want to knife or speedhack or feel like a total badass and have fun go minmatar. If you want to kill gal/cal are the best as Leadfoot said.

On that ewar, If you will use standard AScanner instead of that DU it would give you basic information on with red dots are less likely to have 1000HP+. And adv.Flux is for tanks with you not suppose to looking for.

Cal you have uber hitbox issues as well as tanking
