It would be nice to have a type of weather like its all gloomy on a certain map so it would be raining kind of it to me gives a more like be careful when you enter type of feel |

I remember at one point we had a night time mode / variation on some maps. Basically everything was really dark. It would be cool to have that style back again. Seeing weapon flashes in the distance and explosions going off in the pitch black would be really cool.
That's about as near to environmental effects as we have seen so far.

We had a lot more weather effects before, including where there was low visibility due to dust storms and stuff. A lot of it impacted performance, I think, so they probably shut it off to help the frame rate.

why not try with like less blinding or distructive weather like normal rain is fine. |

Honestly some games multiplayer have it on ps3.
What is so special about dust, its quite boring you know to have this fairytale about performance if you see it somewhere else on same platform and working.
Im not ranting here, im actually fine with what we have right now, but that neverending "ps3 weak" song is quite MEH if i can see rain and other thingies somewhere else

manus peak used to be foggy, i wish it still was that way it would inspire people to run varied fits like ewar instead of just ehp stacking

The Dust Storm effect was by far my favorite...
