Spaceships can't actually tank sh*t for damage. Infantry personnel can't actually take more than one shot from a rifle. People can not, with rare exception, jump as high as head height.

Also, if a sea ship can take as much punishment as they can nowadays, I think space-ships in the far distant future will be fine.

In EVE, spaceships tank A LOT if fit properly.

Naval vessels are not what they used to be, you can probably shell one to death quickly.
Ship killing missiles have gotten too good and all that extra armor is not helping at all.

Yep they latest anti-ship missiles have delayed explosive detonators so they punch into the ship with shear kinetic energy and then once inside......BOOM. Explode inside the juicy interior.....
