I have zero proficiency and was not using damage mods. I haven't tried it yet but apparently the bolt pistol is even stronger. What was CCP thinking with this sidearm buff? With only 4 shots, you have about half to a fourth of a ScP's clip size, so the damage given to them is justified. You have to look at the different picture, sometimes. Besides, the ScP pistol is still king when it comes to headshots. Try the CAR-9 and aim for heads.

ION PISTOL DOESN'T HAVE BAD HIPFIRE ANYMORE! Any ScP has awesome headshot damage, anyways.

Id i ran up on you its be like pew pew pew assault scrambler pew breach just to finish you off reload teabag repeat.
