Anyone adjusted to the new damage yet on the standard and assault variants? And more importantly, does anyone have any videos of the Burst Scrambler Pistol in action? I'm trying to understand this weapon and figure out its' niche, but I just can't seem to do it and I haven't managed to locate any extensive videos of it yet.

Bolt Pistol is a better option.
600+ DMG under 2 shots!

actually the issue with the pistols is that they are not as effective as smgs, also I tried to use the ion pistol and i can tell u that it sux, because of the dispersion of the bullets, even with the assault at lvl 5 (gallente) and the sharpshooter, they have to be literally in front of u, so, I'd recommend not to get any pistol, they sux. If u are the kind that attack numerous targets at once 1 smg is going to be way better. Or use a shotgun because of its limited range |

The Breach is currently the only pistol that really gets any real headshot damage now. The Assault isn't even landing 300 damage for headshots (Unless they buffed the multiplier past that 457% mark) and that's all fine and dandy for militia and scouts, they die before they're able to react, but everything else? Let's just say that change in projectile damage to shields versus armor doesn't give my Minny scout much extra time to live.
