After playing in more than a few matches with my ADS, I have, at the request of Rattati, made a thread to properly balance ADS versus AV.
The current issues are as follows:
ROF currently useless on both Python and Incubus, reasons below:
The increase to ROF on the incubus also means an increase to heat build (credit for this discovery goes to Kallas, take a bow my good man), resulting in only 7 shots before they overheat.
The previous was 12 before overheat, but with only 7 shots before overheat it makes the AV side of the rail nearly impossible against other ADS.
Solution: Either give it the old heat build up back, or increase the cooldown (unsure of numbers, if this is the way to go).
Next issue for incubus: the ROF for the rail is pretty much negligible on the incubus, they're almost no threat to my python, let alone the incubus.
Solution: To avoid the overly fast ROF that was previous charlie, but to still keep it a threat, I'd like to propose returning it, and the ROF of the python to 7% per level. Should it prove too much, I believe the ROF shouldn't remain a problem if it stays in the ballpark of 5-7%.
Next issue: swarms (IMO) still have great homing. Ducking behind a building does nearly nothing, one missile will hit the building maybe 45% of the time (admitted, random number), 2 if I'm lucky. Like to reduce homing by maybe 5, would like to see.
ABs: I will admit, the nerf was not as bad as I thought it'd be, but it still got a little weird to get used to. I'd like to buff the recharge, but anything more than 5 seconds I believe would be too much.

I am honestly unsure of that, I'll look into it, but if it is anything like the large blaster, not very good.
