I don't think anyone expected Delta to show up so early. We had the return of the Sever BPO's. the Million Clone Challege. The return of militia BPO's. and now Delta. We can excuse them if a few things got pushed back for a little bit.
and BTW, this is Rattati and the Shanghai team. If they say we'll be getting officer weapons than we'll be getting officer weapons. They've been great about everything, and we're in good hands (post Rouge wedding).

Like how ADS prices were suppose to be reduced in all 3 of the first hotfixes, or the fact that ADS shields were suppose to be buffed in bravo and charlie? Maybe the best one... Something suppose to be done about the call for help / spam revive options.
These are just statements thrown out to appease people that if anything they only half heartedly work on. This pattern of outright lies is already well established by CCP and they are the only ones getting hurt by it. I am trying to stick with CCP to the extent that I have even started playing Eve but certain patterns repeating make it difficult to give them any time or money. |

One of the reasons why the isk cost on ads were not reduced in earlier hotfixes was observations on the slowly growing meta which all numbers pointed should have gone up in price not down.

Does not answer the OP, instead answers something controversial because.. Hot button issue.
If you find an issue and I stumble upon your thread, I will do my darnedest to get the issue known.

Chances the team ran out of time or resources. Happens alot. Delta was supposed to been one of the smallest hotfixes. You saw how that turned out...

The narrative is not a promise. The narrative is a "this is what we're looking at this month". Things may get delayed, pushed back, or scrapped entirely as the team digs in.
The thing with adding stuff to the LP store, is it's extremely time consuming. It is not hard, but it takes a lot of time. So it may get pushed back if time runs short.

Thanks for this response. This is totally understandable now that everyone in the office is working on Legion, I am just really tired of watching things that need to be changed go unchecked repeatedly even after CCP them self brings up that it needs to be changed.
One would think that the more they fixed in Dust the more things of value they could carry over to Legion but obviously they have committed Dust to nothing more than balancing numbers.
