Assault SMG
-Hipfire and ADS accuracy Adjustments favoring Hipfire use -Range normalized 46 for assault variants. -Fire delay increased to rate of fire increased to 1200 rpm up from 1053 rpm -Damage adjust to 18.1 / 19.01 at ADV / PRO down from 22.05 / 23.1 damage -Magazine reduced to 68 down from 80 -Total ammo reduced from 504 down to 408
Flaylock Pistol
-Added Militia Flaylock Pistol -Fittings have been adjusted to 2:25 / 3:38 / 5:62 PG:CPU for STD / ADV / PRO from the previous fitting of 0:19 / 1:32 / 2:45 PG:CPU. -Damage increased to 175 / 183.5 / 192.94 for STD / ADV / PRO from 165 / 173.85 / 181.5 -Magazine Size increased to 4 up from 3 -Increased Max Ammo to 20 / 24 / 28 for STD / ADV / PRO from 15 / 18 / 21 -Splash Damage increased to 158 / 165 / 174 for STD / ADV / PRO from 140 / 147 / 154. -Splash Radius normalized to 1.5m
Breach Flaylock Pistol
-Fittings adjusted to 2 PG / 25 CPU up from 0 PG / 19 CPU -Damage increased to 325 damage from 206 damage -Splash Radius reduced to 0.5m
Magsec SMG
-Hipfire and ADS Adjustments favoring ADS use. -Added Militia Magsec SMG -Fittings have been adjusted to 3:18 / 6:32.4 / 12:48.6 PG:CPU for STD / ADV / PRO from 4:22 / 8:40 / 12:61 PG:CPU. -Range normalized to 63 meters. -Rate of Fire reduced to 650 from 667 -Damage reduced to 31 / 32.55 / 34.18 at STD / ADV / PRO from 32 / 33.6 / 35.2 -Magazine increased to 58 up from 54 -Max Ammo increased from 324 to 348
Bolt Pistol

Tactical Scrambler Pistol
-Fittings have been adjusted to 7:28 PG:CPU for ADV from 5:27 PG:CPU. -Rate of Fire increased to 350 up from 302 -Damage lowered to 62 from 79.8
Burst Scrambler Pistol

If you don't have numbers 'kick increased' or 'dispersion decreased' would still be great. All there is in the dev blog is 'Almost all the Rifles received a tweak with regard to Handling and Accuracy, making them more balanced', which is vague to say the least... |

I wish I could but they're really weird numbers. They're nearly as bad as the zoom numbers you see for sniper rifles. We don't need the numbers themselves. Just things like 'kick increased' (without disclosing the exact magnitude) would be really helpful.
Also, I believe some (non-sniper) rifles, like the Breach AR, ScR, and TAR, had damage and RoF changes, so it would useful to have those in one place. |

That info might be helpful from one of his older posts. And by the way, awesome of you to do this IWS. Thanks man. Added these sounded exactly like what he had planned with the cpm. Based on the above Rattati comments and some others I predicted the following:
AR - tiny hipfire kick reduction - OVERALL SMALL BUFF BrAR - 14% dam buff, zoom dispersion reduction - OVERALL LARGE BUFF BuAR - 2% dam buff, tiny hipfire kick reduction - OVERALL MEDIUM BUFF Tac AR - RoF buff, hipfire kick reduction, hipfire dispersion decrease - OVERALL MEDIUM BUFF (large buff for turbo users) CR - damage profile nerf - OVERALL MEDIUM NERF ACR - 4% dam buff, dispersion increase, damage profile nerf - OVERALL MEDIUM NERF RR - hipfire kick increase - OVERALL MEDIUM NERF ARR - NO CHANGE ScR - RoF nerf, tiny hipfire kick increase - OVERALL SMALL NERF (medium nerf for turbo users) AScR - NO CHANGE

Is this an oversite? As intended. Minlogi HP scaled correctly relative to other logis, other min suits did not relative to their non-min counterparts so were buffed. |
