Why is the Assault Scrambler Rifle RoF nerfed!?!?! If I recall, all the complaints were about the regular Scrambler Rifle RoF...
What is up with that?

the problem with tactical scramblers was caused by use of macros and turbo controllers.
assault scramblers ROF reduction was also necessary?
It is sad to see that the squad-profile assist weapons suffer because of the actions of dishonest players.

assault scram rifle had zero barrel climb, non that i could notice anyway. it might slow down overheat for non ammar assault users

It was jumping all over the place in ADS and the barrel flash made aiming really obnoxious. I know its always been akward in ADS, but this felt worse somehow. Maybe it hasnt been changed, and its just my misperception. I don't run it very often. The AScR needs some love.
On the plus side the ScR felt fine after the ROF nerfs, and still had smooth firing (from what I could tell at least).
Best PvE idea ever!
