So is my understanding rate of fire is being dropped 10% to 5% good!
Why is this good?
Well let me start with stacked skills that thing is crazy fast. (to fast) the recoil makes it to hard to hit infantry. With this nerf it will make it easier for us to hit infantry without all our bullets going all over the place.
I gunned with this allot for a while so i do know what im talking about for you gunners out there i promise you will welcome the reduced rate of fire for your rails. (sure it will be harder to take down vehicles but we all know that was OP as ****)
Now for the blasters i cant tell you how that will turn out especially with the changes to its mechanics happening (again) so we will have to find out
As for you pthon guys...
Stfu and get a gunner. Thats the only way to dropship. The rate of fire is not going to hurt you that bad especially if you have it 3-5 |

It's actually dropping to 3%
Also: A lot <-- two words, 1 L.
And gunners suck. They gimp my fitting and can't hit squat. Though I'm reconsidering the regular DSs with their coming buffs.

Hah, no kidding. And with swarms getting better against the DS, you will quite literally spend all of your time running or dying and NOT shooting.
So so stupid.

Unfortunately there is a bug with the missile turrets where if the gunner fires a shot linear to the direction of travel of the ads, the missile will actually spawn behind the gunner and hit himself. to effectively gun, you either have to remain perfectly still, or be traveling away from the target to hit them. either way, this is not going to work with the hotfix as a python will no longer be able to sit above an objective all day (cant complain there, been on the receiving end) forcing them to make passes on a target, moving towards the target, and therefore the missile will never reach its target, as it will just hit the back of the gunner.
also reducing the total bonus at lv 5 from a 50% ROF increase to 15% is Huge making it even harder to perform a hit and run your targets. without stopping, you would be lucky to get 3 shots off, and perhaps one will hit something.
This was a poor way to fix skill stacking, as this just forces you to do just that.
