I just don't know... 
Three million... I can't decide whether to wait for Delta and see how the new sidearms handle, spec into the Proto Minmatar Commando, or get my regulators and rechargers. All of these would leave me with a bit of SP to spare, but I can't figure out which would be best.  I kind of want the Ion Pistol, but with the ScP getting its' ROF buffed back up, I'm not really sure if the Ion Pistol will be worth anything. The Magsec and Bolt Pistol are fun too, but... still not sure... Then there's that Prototype color scheme on the commando... so badass, much wow, want. (****, I hate that meme...) And of course, having the regen of a scout with the HP of an assault... ugh... Stupid choices.

Tldr: I'm a fotm chaser and because everythings up in air at the moment, I can't actually think for myself.
On a more serious note, just wait for delta.

I was kind of in your boat, but I had 5 Million...
Dropped the initial plan of Incubus 5 (no point now) and picked up my Min Assault and Min Sentinel to Proto, thus finishing off the Minmatar. Have 1.3 still left..
As to your question, Minmando is soooo much fun. I finally ran out of the suits from the Commando event, its a beast of a suit..
If you find an issue and I stumble upon your thread, I will do my darnedest to get the issue known.

I don't have any core skills though, so maybe I shouldn't have.... (._. )
My recommendation is wait and really plan on what you want to do.

I wasn't aware that Minmatar Commandos, Ion Pistols, regulators and rechargers were FoTM. 
And yes, three million SP and a lot of things to choose from means everything is up in the air... *Facepalm* It's like some people just come to the forums make snide comments.

Yikes... Yea, scouts are things you generally want to have your cores and all other Ewar abilities up for before you invest in the proto suits. On the bright side though, you've got the biggest thing out of the way. The rest shouldn't take too long.

I've still got 374 of those things. XD I suppose my reasons for wanting to go into it are a bit silly, but... 650 melee damage with two complex myofibril stimulants is just... Mmmmm... Sexy~ Incubus operations was the fire rate bonus, correct?

That's not silly at all that is the only way I run my Minmmando, complex myofibrals they never see the melee with 693 damage coming, so much fun.

Oh Riruodo....just...oh.
Got to get those cores and eWar maxed. It's not sexy but it is imperative if you want to be an effective scout. The secret to the scouterly arts is: it's not the suit. Max cores and eWar.
I put 20 million into only one suit, 3 weapons, and all cores and eWar. Expensive but worth it.

Just wait for delta. Things are CHANGING so what looks good now may change or something else may catch your interest after HF D. I still have 2million Sp. Spent a mill plus the weeks cap x2 (Omega Boost FTW). Just maxed out a couple skills (hacking, Mass driver reload, etc) However, with the changes coming i might get another sidearm(c'mon flaylock i want you back) I have min assault, min commando, min sentinel. Might get min scout( as you see im a matari aficionado but i've heard of the shenanigans of scouts and not sure if its right for me.
I'm like everybody else. I made some plans but now that all that SP is in front of me i see all these options i didn't see. Certainly different when your grinding paying extra attention to everything but when you get this lump sum it just well.

pimp out a lav with active scanner is pretty cool. those nights if your solo it can be fun to drive around and laugh at the stuff that doesn't kill you. the scanner lets you scan for 1 vs 1s. the complex scanner is worth it imo. throw some basic and proto proxies on a logi, pile them 7 high after scanning and lure other vehicles to it. fit proto mass driver and be like bro don't mess with my ride.
