To get response from help ticket? Not asking cause I'm impatient, but so I can forget about it until it happens. My kid didn't get his bonus SP and I know he's gonna want to play when he gets home. If for some reason something didn't register (he played way more than 10), can I give him my alt's SP? |

For something like this there will likely be a large group of people who did not receive their reward. CCP will probably take a few days to write and test a new script to recheck and award everyone that did not get it which will probably take up to a week. This is just to ensure everyone that deserves their reward gets it and that no one gets a double reward.
Expect a response from your ticket explaining what the process will be once they have a game plan and know how many people were affected. The GMs are awesome and will get you taken care of one way or another. |

I usually see a day or two response time. But it just depends on volume of tickets and if it's a common issue they can answer everyone at once or what have you.
