I and several squadmates have done it and suffered no consequences, so I suppose not.
There are still warnings, though.

Well, it's not strictly speaking illegal (do you want to try to charge an immortal supersoldier with a crime?), it's just considered extremely rude, like taking a dump in public. Nobody wants to see someone's lifeless corpse crumple to the ground in the middle of a bar from self-inflicted explosive decapitation.
Not to mention somebody has to clean the resulting mess up. Think about that poor janitor, man. |

Well they automated the whole clean up process a long time ago when it was more of a problem, so it's not really a hassle for station staff, but yeah it's not something you want to get used to. |
