All the scrubs ooze out of the cracks to the surface. Proto sentinels with proto RR's and proto scouts with six kins chewing threw people cause EWars is unbalanced. It's annoying to fight, but all the issues are put in the open for all to see. Been fun popping proto scouts with standard gear though.

Then this will show in the data, the MCC is good because this time the FOTMs have been out in force so when CCP crunch the vast numbers it will be evident where the problems lie. My only beef is the cloaking imbalances as regards heavies rightly the are OP at CQC . If you duel with on expect to get hurt. As for 'proto' weapons the six kin and KAAL RR are truly scary, it seem sometimes that they dont need to be aimed... :) |

Had two thale's in one match 34-0 and 23-0, best I've done was 21-1 in an adv commando with a basic rail rifle... Commandos need a serious nerf

Um I'm looking at the skill book right now (Proto Calscout) and they get a bonus to scan range and precision. Gallente get a bonus to dampening.

Foh shure. Though it does look like they nerfed the precision. I vaguely remember it being 5% per level instead of 3%.
