I will be running my gk.0 Ewar fit with Duvolle shotty.
Just kidding, wouldn't that be annoying?
Most of the weekend I'll probably be using just my frontline starter fit with a minor tweak of two. Cheap and nasty.
Prolly bounce around between Ambush and Dom to keep it interesting.
Oh, and for those who missed the first one, you will be able to tell who among us is anal about their k/dr. They will be the ones wearing said gk.0 or tanking etc this weekend.

I'm going to throw some fits out and burn through them while killing my fair share. I have about 500-600 4k -6k suits in everything from Sentinel to Logi to Assault to Commando. I want to burn through all of them.

although its not good for those like me who have low sp, i only started in feb this year, people should be allowed to play how they want without criticism
i like going up against tanks with my forge and because of all the people who moan about op tanks and getting them nerfed, theres so few tanks in games recently that it gets boring,
today i went one on one against a miltia tank with my starter anti armor fit (no points in swarms) and i took him out solo, his blaster only got me down to half armour, i only had 1 rocket left, so thats a lot of reloads, the guy was a crap tanker though, he only tried to run when he had quarter armour left |

Although I agree in principle with ppl being able to play how they want this is the one time when all players should put aside the "me first" attitude and do what is best for the community. Even vets with too much SP.
In truth, all us DUSTers are on the same team this weekend. If one of us wins, we all do. Win as a team, lose as a team, as it where.
Do you really want to finish with 999,980 clones killed and look in the mirror thinking "well, I did it my way."?
I expect we will have no problem achieving the goal (which should be 2 million btw) but I liken it to voting. The favorite only wins the election if the supporters actually go to the poll and vote. Know what I mean?

In the MCC challenge there are only 2 types of players
1. The merc wearing full proto to boost his/her kdr while other players run cheap STD/MLT suits
2. Any merc NOT wearing proto because killing or dying as long as they get that sp they could care less.
Which one are you?
Either way I believe we will be getting that sweet sweet Million plus SP by the end of the week.

You were a little more eloquent than I was. Basically, yes. I would just be extremely upset if we get done and find out we ended like 1000 clones short only to find out there were 8000 clones "revived" that ended up not dying. We need to band together as a community.
The people who are only in it for themselves could end up screwing over the entire community and then everyone will be whining and complaining about it after the fact. Lets nip this in the bud. If you see someone who is running needles/rep tools, send a quick message to them and remind them of what is at stake. We can't force people to stash away the needles for a weekend, but by showing them they will be the number one target and sending them reminders, maybe we can influence a couple of them and it will put us over the mark.

It happened last time and the challenge was still completed. Also it teaches idiots a valuable lesson... Bleed your fecking targets out! Just because there's no WP doesn't mean it's useless (dropship CRU is actually the most OP thing in the game, but no one uses because no WP, lol... Oh and because teamwork be damned! Some people just never leave the dropship.) |

Heh. Normally, I am adamantly opposed to running heavies with light weapons, but just this weekend, I think I might run advanced Cal sentinel with a standard RR just to troll the **** out of all of you.
