All sp gains, both passive and active, and the weekly cap are doubled between 500,000 lifetime sp to 5 million lifetime sp modified by boosters (ie: a brand new character would gain 48,000 passive so per week, an omega booster would double this to 96,000 per day)
From 5 million to 10 million lifetime sp, all sp gains both passive and active along with the weekly cap would be increased to 50% more than now, modified by boosters.
From 10 million lifetime sp onwards, sp gains would become normal.
This helps new berries quickly get into a proto suit with a proto weapon and have a good smattering of core skills, or a proto turret and a vehicle with proto race appropriate modules and a smattering of vehicle support skills, as few as they are. It also has other mmo precedent. Getting from level 1-10 is much faster than getting from level 10-20.

And (for the future) allow respecs in the academy so noobs won't make the same mistakes us older players have made.
Warn them it's limited,and by the time they leave they should have a good grasp of the basics. And selected (through experiments) their role of choice.
Seeing as there aren't MLT logistics,this would be good for that too.
Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.
