Remove racial ewar bonus. Then scouts have to choose between having good ewar or hp. Simple as that. |

But you haven't presented any alternatives.
Such as: -Changing the bonuses to boost modules instead of being built in. -Changing the bonuses to modules so they have to be equipped for the bonuses to apply.
Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.

My issue is scouts can strafe through HMG bullets and make that 66 seem like 1000 because they only took 10% damage to them.

The best way to do it is to give scouts 2 role bonuses.
The scout would get role bonuses to its crutch*cough* I mean cloak AND give bonuses to eWar modules.
Base eWar stats will be reduced to slightly better or same as a logi or assault..
If a scouts wants eWar he will sacrifice his tank If the scouts tanks himself with armor and shield he will be lit up like a dutch brothel. but he could be that super fast assault he always wanted.

When the prolonging is for a mere fraction of a second compared to the weaponry being used (not to mention fluxes which knock all shields out immediately), and you are asking for scouts to give up their greatest advantage.
A half seconds worth of HP is not so great a benefit that all EWAR bonuses should be taken from scouts. That is just a ridiculous assessment.

Is there something assaults can do that scouts can't? Because both Ewar and cloaking is reserved for scouts.
