In G0DS AM0NG MEN he is just one of the Plebeians, but as a Student Intern in Immortal Guides I am allowing him (vie two of his Alts) the chance to manage a District. This is a special project in the Advanced Leadership Program. He has full directorial privileges (within certain parameters) and is authorized to recruit and organize a PC team. This is how we train the FCGÇÖs, Directors, and CEOGÇÖs of tomorrow!

Immortal Guides is a proud member of the Learning Coalition. While Immortal Guides continues its regular recruitment, I am recruiting a PC Team for competitive PC's. All genders, races, orientations are welcome. We have a 0% Tax. We have almost have 500 members but about 150 Active at a given time. We are just over a year old (as of August 31, 2014). The first recruitment strategy will be:

• At least 15Mil SP
• Been in 5 PC's before (with exceptions)
• Know how to work under pressure
• Mics are prefered but not required
• Must be respectful to peers
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must know how to have fun

Although you may have the requirements, the perapective if "roles" still counts. For Example; as mich as some would like, we can't have a team of all Heavies. I'm trying to have a nicely ordered team. At lease 1 sniper is required! Yes ofcourse I know the sniper role has been tainted but I'm trying to uphold the good use in Snipers. The requirements will change over some time and will be more steep. I support our training and unchanging exception of newer players but some would like extra. Here are a list of things you cannot have:

• Inappropriate names relating to; Sexist, Homophobic, or Racially Insensative references.
• Any name refrencing to events in the past/present that people may be effected by or opposed to
• Don't be a "quitter". I understand if you don't like it but if you're going to do it, do it to the fullest
• Disrespect for higher authority and peers

We currently have a shortage of instructors and are looking for anyone who is ready to spread knowledge. We have an abundance of shy members so you need to know how to get some communication going

I use each one of my alts sort of an ambassador as I do work closely with many corps. It also may have something to do with me forgetting my other passwords too...

I count a member as active if they have played within the past four weeks, as opposed to Inactive members who have not logged on in the past month. I can check this in EVE. I do an audit every month or so.

It usually comes out to be around 60 who have played in the past 24 hours, and another 60 that have played in the past week, with 30 or so who have not played in the past week, but have played in the past month. It varies a bit, but the numbers have remained fairly stable over the last 6 months. The amount of new players joining balances out with the more experienced players moving on to other Corps. This might change if more experienced players decide to stay longer for the PC practice, but we have not been organizing PC training long enough for it to have an impact yet.

Other factors that affect how many Immortal Guides members you see online:
-Casual players donGÇÖt play every day.
-We are active in all time zones, so you are not seeing the players who are on when you are not.
-You will often not notice the newer players because they will be at the bottom of the score boards.

Is it possible you could show the next time you schedule a practice PC with us?

The one that happened I didn't schedule. Someone GAM side did, I had no idea. + I'm still recruiting a PC Team but for now, Immortal Guides is out of PC.
