The sidearms in this game are waaayyy more fun than the light/heavy weapons. Excluding the plasma cannon and SMG.
ScP is fun espically the burst ScP. It is fun to get head shots and hearing thar DOONNNGGG!!
Ion pistol is super fun
Bolt pistol is super fun
Magsec is fun (more than smg)
Flaylock is super fun
Nova Knives are fun (especially killing proto heavies with a militia minmatar light frame wielding Standard Nova knives in PC all day)
Or is it just me? Do we casual players find underpowerd guns more fun? I can tell you that It is way more rewarding to get a kill with a flaylock pistol than it is with a rifle.

I know the SMG is hella fun. I have been slwoly skilling up the Magsec and I'm starting to get comfortable with it.
It will be interesting what happens when they will adjust sidearms

Yup i agree. SMG NK is nearly all my fits so much fun. If your looking for challenge run GLU-TAC and NK its fun.

yea wtf the iconic minmatar weps are excluded from the bonus good one ccp.. i'm not even asking for much just +1 to my mass driver clip for going minmatar assault 5..

I hear ya! I run around with a Dragonfly and a tac AR with my toxin smg. Fun but tricky. KD/R must be horrible. Glad I don't worry about getting in Nyain San or SVER (et al) or any of those KD/R chasers.
I like the Magsec for its sound.

Dual ion pistols on a militia cal scout is my favorite sidearm combo. It is the funniest way to kill people 24 shots to try and get a kill, and it feels so good to go positive with the suit.
I'll never go poor as long as I can make that suit

My two favorite guns to kill with are ScP and LR. That said, you will most likely see me killing with something scrubby or crutchy. I think that's what you kids call it. On a serious note, finishing with an SMG usually means my aim was **** with my primary. Finishing with any pistol feels good regardless. |

Underpowered weapons are more fun in general, there is a sense of accomplishment when you make a kill with them.
I'm having a lot of fun with the Breach AR right now, running round in 480 eHP Minmatar Assault Suit, with a flaylock as a sidearm and sleek locus grenades, I'm also running a Nanohive because both a incredibly ammo intensive.
They call me the Monkey - I like to jump off sh** and piss RE's all over your tank!
