It still is, but I miss the old ROF either way. I doubt it will get its' old ROF back though, unless they reverted all the other stats they gave it. If not, I'm hoping the Ion Pistol becomes a good enough gun to do what the old ScP did. I think they're going to at least increase it though, so that's something... let's hope for at least 400 on the Assault variants.

I hope not,what use would the ScR be?
Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.

Assault ScP should become an automatic weapon. An Amarr machine-pistol, because God knows we won't ever get an actual SMG.
50ish damage per shot.
400ish RoF
Medium-Small mag. 25 or so rounds. |
