What game breakage occurs when you change the values in the SDE from IL (Infantry Low) to IH (Infantry High)?

This is about codebreakers...
And even if someone were to take your ridiculous suggestion and put armour reps in highs you wouldn't be able to get 40 HP/s on a Galassault.
Go and sit in that corner for a bit and think about how bad your post was.

From where I'm standing it seemed to be a suggestion to fluctuate modules between lows and highs. I apologize for my ignorance, 4 hours of sleep and homework will do that to you.
