Now that I'm bored with my dual pistols fit, and finding the massdriver and lolocks to be such explosive fun I remembered that i have a single point in Plasma Cannon and two in the ammo upgrade... And good god it is hilariously fun on a Cal Scout.
Currently running a hasty setup all night:
Adv Cal Scout
Plasma Cannon
'Toxin' SMG
2 Complex Shield Extenders
1 Enhanced Shield Extender
2 Basic Reactive Plates
Packed AV 'Nades
Adv Cloak
Nanohives
Ideas for improvement for a Plasma-Cannon setup for those who are familiar with using it, and keeping the Cal Scout as the frame of choice?

Improvement?
Quit using the Caldari scout with the Plasma Cannon. a weapon the does plasma based splash damage on a shield suit is suicidal. The only thing worse you can do is use it as a Minmatar scout. If you mess up and it lands next to you, you are toast. At the very least, all your shields will be gone, and maybe some of your armor.

If you can I would switch the packed nade for a exo, it's better for moving targets. ( sometimes killing the driver of jeeps first hit ) if it's an av fit, trade a comp for adv shied ext if you must. Just a thought.

No dude you're doing git wrong you're stacking to much plates. 3 shields 1 damage mod 1 kinetic katalizer 1 dampener cloak nanohive. With Militia PLC and Flaylock Pistol.
