I can fire from a full clip until 27 remains in my Amarr Scout while I can fire until there are 26 remaining in my Amarr Assault at level 2.

Considering the SP sink vehicles are, debating whether it's worth it or not as I don't use them very often. Possibly secret option number 3, finishing off proficiencies on a few weapons and optimisation skills. Could do with a couple extra PG on my Logi fits, not crucial though.

The heat build up is per second not per shot. So could just be how fast you're pulling the trigger that is affecting performance.

Get Minmatar Scout, Cardiac Regulation, Kinetic Catalyzation and Profile Dampening to Lv. 5 on my Melee Only alt. Skill up whatever Sniper Skills I feel like, along with Damage Mods and get to Prototype Assault Rail Rifles on my Caldari Commando Sniper alt. Max out whatever Scrambler Rifle and Laser Rifle skills I feel like along with some Armor Skills on my Amarr Commando alt. Max out Armor Skills and put the rest into fleshing out the rest of my cores on my Gallente Assault alt. Continue to regret the mistake of accidentally skilling into Caldari Commandos on my Minmatar Assault Alt after that last Dropsuit Command Respec.
