It's been two days since the Destiny virus hit our lands here on Oddelulf. We knew it was coming but no one could predict that this number of casualties would arise from the Destiny virus. Many of my friends have all passed away and my best friend Solar Qoio is barely hanging on. Judas is over watching us from above but there is nothing space pilots can do for us now.... I must find a vaccine before all is lost. -Bons

our names are basically the same. Dust pvp > destiny pvp. Destiny pve> dust pve. I only play games like that for the stories. |

I keep hearing the PVP was sh!t but I had an IRL friend tell me it was the best multiplayer experience for him, then again I don't know how many multiplayer games he's played.

If you love Halo styled multiplayer, then you will love the PVP. The AA is mighty though. It's cool but doesn't compare to some of the good engagements (when the teams are just right) that happen here.

If he played COD, he would like it.
Funny thing is, the matchmaking system is.... interesting.
Being a lvl 5 and going up against a team of four (out of six) lvl 18-22 is more difficult than militia vs full proto in Dust.

Im loving Destiny. PvP is very strange to start with, but once you get the hang of it, the crucible becomes your home. Im only level 11 at the min but can still compete with those already in the mid-20s. Only problem is, if your team has less than 6 players, you will lose. PvE at the moment for me is less of a priority, but I do enjoy dealing 1600 damage headshots with a Sniper 1 shotting Knights.
God im glad I played beta.
I have no urge to play Dust anymore (except MCC2, dammit CCP), though I know I will get bored of Destiny and return, and from Dust to Destiny and so on.
The only person in Dust stupid enough to Proto every single god-damn weapon. 19/19.

Do not fear it has been proven that in many cases this virus only puts the patient's clone into a deep comma for varying amounts of time. Since it is not possible to check which clones will be able to awaken from this comma all are placed into stasis and monitored indefinitely. While some will simply end up taking up space others will awaken at different unpredictable times.
